★ The power range of BD series fully automatic split-type burners is 1200-7800kW. Under the corresponding combustion power, boiler back pressure, and different fuels, appropriate induced draft fan models can be selected. The configured program controller and flame detector both have a 24-hour flame signal self-inspection function.
★ The digital burner pipeline control system adopts three servo motors to precisely control the air volume combustion of air, gas volume, and flue gas volume. It features two-stage Progressive / Electronic Modulating operation.
★ The flue gas external recirculation system mixes part of the flue gas with combustion air and then sends it to the burner for combustion. The mixed combustion air reduces the temperature and oxygen concentration in the combustion chamber, effectively suppressing the generation of NOx. Multiple nozzles ensure dispersed combustion, preventing excessive local flame oxidation reactions.
★ The steel-welded fully sealed outer shell allows the cover top plate to be opened for maintenance of internal components.
★ UV flame detectors are used to detect flames.
★ The standard electrical protection level is IP40.
